How to make Japanese pasta with Mentaiko かんたん明太子パスタ

Mentaiko is the marinated roe of pollock, and is a common ingredient in Japanese cuisine. It might look gross like the customer(speakfi) sings. But I really hope you all try and see how you like it.

Ingredients for serving 2 (2人分)

: 2 Mentaiko(about 70g) (明太子2本 70gくらい )

: 2tsp olive oil (小2 オリーブオイル)

: 1tsp sake (小1 酒)

: Some grated garlic (適量のおろしにんにく)

: 1tsp soy sauce (小1 しょうゆ)

: 10g (melted) butter (10g 溶かしたバター)

: Shredded sea weed nori (刻みのり)
